Louisiana's best gather at Fair Grounds Saturday to compete for $750,000 in Champions Day purse money. The first three races are quarter horses followed up by 10 thoroughbred races. It should be a fun day in New Orleans.

She will be sharp and ready here today. #11 Runaway Second Down won last time out and finished second by a head in his previous effort. #12 Tdz Jet Black Down is 6 for 6 in being on the board in his career.

Race 2

#10 Tuckers Prize comes in hot having won his last 3 straight. #11 Im for Real returns to the site of her biggest stakes win and looks to bounce back from a disappointing effort last time out. #1 Soft on the Coronas won last time out after a solid third place finish.

Race 3

#9 Dlj Imma B Famous just missed winning his last race by a neck in a good stakes effort. #6 A Nother Zoobilee has finished first or second in 5 straight. #7 No Politics Here won last time out over #6 A Nother Zoobilee.

Race 4

#6 Mister Intuition gave two good efforts last two times out and his previous effort on the turf looked promising so its good to see the switch back. #9 Two Utes returns to the track after a long layoff but showed in his last start, he can get the distance just missing out by a head. #5 Les Paul has been on the board his last two trips out, both on the turf.

Race 5

#4 Sebs Princess will come running in late winning her previous two before finishing fourth in the slop. A return to a fast track will benefit her. #7 Our Lost Love also won her previous two before finishing just behind #1 Sebs Princess in the slop last time out. #6 Vacherie Girl steps up to stakes company after an impressive maiden victory in her debut.

Race 6

7-1-3

#7 Papa's Boy returns to the track after a nice layoff. He has shown improving form before his break and drops in class today. #1 Unrestricted got bumped at the beginning of his last start and never recovered. He was second in his previous turf start. #3 Royal Rocket got off slow last time out but did improve his position late. Look for him to come late.

Race 7

3-4-2

#3 Minit to Stardom has won 4 of 5 with a second including a graded stakes win. #4 Ours to Run looks to bounce back after a disappointing effort last time out. the break hopefully sharpened her up and she returns the form that saw her win 6 straight. #2 Midnight Fantasy returns to Fair Grounds where she has won 3 of 4 career starts and the return to the dirt should also help her.

Race 8

7-5-2

#7 Chimney Rock ran a great second in his Breeder's cup race last time out. He is the class of this race. #5 Pickens ran a solid second last time out and will look to build on that effort. #2 Binding Agreement broke his maiden impressively in his debut.

Race 9

#1 In the Navy looks to find the form he had two back winning over similar company. #2 Ninety One Assault comes down from New York, returning to Fair Grounds where he has never finished off the board in 6 starts including 3 wins. #7 Theoryintopractice has 2 wins and a third in his last three starts.

Race 10

#1 Underpressure won his last start and has won at today's distance as well. #4 Trevilion looks to bounce back to his the way he won 2 back. #7 Star Fitzstall has won 3 of his previous 4 starts.

#9 Is Too won two in a row before coming up short last time out. Her time off should have her recharged and ready to go today. #2 Room to Finish comes in winner of her previous two and 2 seconds before that. #6 Eskenformore looked good scoring a big win last time out.

#7 Monte Man finished second last time out and returns to Fair Grounds where he has won 4 of 5 career starts. #8 Flashy Brew won last time out after finishing second in the previous. He also has a great Fair Grounds record with 3 wins and 2 thirds in 5 career starts at the track. #3 Laughingsaintssong comes in a winner of his last two.

#8 Casual Pleasure ran a solid third in her debut and looks to take a step forward today. #3 Miss Underrated looks to improve off her third place finish last time out.  #6 Wildabout Audrey finished second last time out and looks to step forward here today.
