It's a big day on the turf at Arlington Park with three Grade 1 stakes races. It looks to be a picture perfect racing day with opportunity abound.

Race 1

#3 Josephine Baker adds lasix and is coming off a good effort but was bumped late. #1 Chez Paree just missed out last time and could take another step forward today into victory. #7 Contendress drops down in class today after two mediocre outings in Kentucky. She has also put down two great works since then.

Race 2

#8 Nicely Nicely looks primed and ready to go in his first start. #9 Fast Dreamer also looks primed and ready for his debut effort. #2 Schmoozin laid down a bullet work last week and looks ready to go as well.

Race 3

#2 Our Bay B Ruth has been knocking on the door and today will be the day she bursts through. She did well on the turf last time before just giving out late. #1 Cloche looks to take that last step forward off her last effort. Second time off of a layoff could improve today. #8 Nurse Sadie is stretching out and that could help her late kick. Watch for her to come in late and be a factor.

Race 4

#2 Cammack comes in off a win versus similar last time out as well as 8 wins in 16 starts at Arlington. Would not be surprised to see him add to that total today. #1 Don'task Don'ttell has put up two game efforts his last two times out, just missing out last time. He will be in the mix again today. #4 Christian C faded late after a solid effort and should finish better today shortening up.

Race 5

#6 Wishing Belle ran a solid second last time out. The switch to grass looks good with her breeding as does the extra distance with her late charging style. Look for her to break through today. #7 Crafty Angel is also bred for the grass and looks to have a strong debut effort. #2 Aunt Dorothy is also bred for the grass and was game behind Wishing Belle last time out.

Race 6

#2 Pixelate will looks to improve over her first effort that saw him a well beaten second. He has looked very sharp in her morning works since that effort. #8 Caramelito looks to improve off his third place effort. Stretching out could help as well. #10 Flap Jack drops in class today. He will look to improve off his debut and the extra distance should help given his breeding.

Race 7

Here starts the Pick-6. #5 Violent Storm was game last time out versus tougher. Look for him to break through today. #9 Ioya Again looks to improve while switching back to the grass. Will be game again and coming late. #1 Americandy looks ready to explode with his late kick and the bullet work he put in last. Watch for him to come late with a good price.

Race 8

#11 Dabo is three for three lifetime at Arlington including a win versus similar last time out. Look for him to add to that record today. #10 Lexitonian put up a great run last time out to win and will do well here with a similar effort. #9 Manny Wah comes out of a key race and looks sharp in training after getting some time off. Also comes into a softer spot that his last few races. Look for him to be live here today.

Race 9

Here starts the late Pick-4. All are graded stakes and look to be very exciting. #7 Sistercharlie is going to be singled on top of our Pick-4 comes in off a great win in the Grade 1 Diana at Saratoga. She is the one to beat here today and we just do not see that happening. #1 Fleeting and #2 Awesometank come in off good but not great records in europe but will be live and ready today. Watch for them to be strong today.

Race 10

#6 Fog of War just missed out last time out and will look to take a step forward today and add to his Grade 1 win total. #8 Faraway Kitten looked great winning the Grade 3 American Derby last time out. #4 The Last Zip and #9 Crafty Daddy also look good after just missing out in the American Derby last time out.

Race 11

#3 Bricks and Mortar comes in 4 for 4 in graded stakes this year and we expect that streak to continue today. He is the class of this race and should win. #2 Magic Wand has run well when she has come over from Europe in the past, expect that trend to continue today. #10 Bandua looked good winning last time out in a Grade 3 stakes. Expect another good effort here.

Race 12

#11 Cafe Americano drops in class today and looks to have landed in a great spot to add graded stakes winner to her resume. #10 Art of Almost comes in off a great effort at Woodbine versus similar and a small step forward will get the job done today. #9 Winter Sunset comes in off a break after two great efforts in Kentucky her last two times out. #4 Indigo Gin comes in having improved in her last two efforts, both victories.
